post some '39 ford pics, I need some ideas any without running boards? bumperless?? interior mods what seats to use
No pics to share, but building a 39' now too. Keep the running boards, try to find a stock seat, and my opinion, I like the bumpers.
It is hard to improve on perfection, keep it stock looking and as said before use a stock seat. Why try and look like a leftover from the 90's. A classic is forever. Sorry I do not do pictures so I could show you. I may go out of style but my car will not.

Good luck with yours and I think everyone will agree, you MUST have running boards. If you need some, they pop up here and on Ebay from time to time and you can always score new ones from Drake if you have the $$$ Post pics of yours. -Abone.
this ones got no running boards or rear fenders.....no rear quarters,trunk,roof ,doors or floors now either!!
My buddy [and old boss's] 39 standard. Was a flathead but he swapped in a chevy with automatic when he scattered the 39 tranny.
