One mainly for the Aussie Hambers. Has anybody got some good 39 ford brake drums for sale. These are the ones with the 10 1/2 bolt pattern.
Or has anyone tried putting another steel surface inside them?

ask about for some 37 or 38 ones usually in better condition because the strings use softer linings

Hard to find good wide five drums, I went through a stack before I found decent meat left on them. They do make adapters for standard 5 on 5 1/2 if that is an option.

I really want to keep the stock rims. But thanks.

Unfortunately Dick Spardara passed and these adapters are no longer available from what I understand. Speedway sells similar ones used by the roundy round guys but they use larger lugs. There was a guy here on the HAMB that was making the adapters, think he was in the Pacific Northwest byt not sure.
