Hot Rods 38 sidevalve truck gearbox.

I have just acquired what I think is a 38 motor with 4 speed truck box.

Is this box any good for hiboy (car use ) ?

Has it got straight cut gears and will whine in 2nd and 3rd ?

The box has 4 bolts at output, I presume for an open drive, all else downstream is missing, can I buy some sort of bolt on yolk to fit a driveshaft/universal to mate to a 9 inch diff ?

Am new to this .

 

Better off with a typical car three speed mate.
