Customs 36 spare tire license plate relocation bracket

I want to relocate my license plate mount to the spot where the spare mounts on my 36 Ford coupe without making any new holes or plugging old ones. I'm looking for complete reversibility . Anybody make this sort of bracket or do I need to make my own?

I made one for my roadster, starting with a repo stainless front plate holder (minus bottom) and adding a metal mount. Covered the upper most hole with the aluminum roadster plate trim piece from Socal.
