A pair of 7.50 by 16 inch whitewall bias plys arrived today, so they will go on the rear of the barn find coupe. Have some things to deal with lately that are slowing up progress on this car, but hopefully will get back to it shortly. Then more pics will come.

Have not been in the garage for a few weeks due to an injury, but expect to get back at it next weekend. Man it's not fun when you can't work on your cars!

Finally got some more done today, put the hood, grill and headlights on. As well changed over the rear tires from 600's to 750's. Here are some pics, more will follow in the days to come. Thanks to my buddy Dale - Micamountain is his Hamb name - for helping me today!

Has Dale moved away from Tete Jaune? Such an awesome start to an even more awesome finished car?

Dale spends time down here every spring, he still lives up in ranching country.
He has quite the collection of vintage tin.

Good for you!!! Too many cars are being screwed-up by some dude with a hacksaw. Henry got it right at the factory! ...just my.$.02.

Dennis - you did a great job of keeping this coupe from being destroyed by the elements. That is a major reason why it is still in such good condition! And no, I could not bring myself to chop this one - not that there is anything wrong with a chopped coupe!

No there is nothing wrong with a chopped coupe -as long as you don't mind driving with your head on your shoulder! Personally ,I like HER head on my shoulder!!!:)

Couple more pics. This coupe will be going into storage soon while I work on other projects. Any Hambers that are going to Deuce Days in Victoria in July are welcome to get hold of me if you want to come by and see the coupe. Send me a pm.

More pics. The coupe is going to be put away while I get back to working on the 53 Ford convertible project. Thanks for all the interest in the barn find!

I love the PATINA look! Simply perfect...I can't believe how much character that car has, and it's just sitting still. Congrats on the cool find. Can't wait to see progress...

Steve, thats the nicest 34 I've seen in years. I'm happy for you.
What are your plans for a power plant? Oh and also, thank you
Dennis for taking good care of the little Ford all these years. We
all get to see and enjoy it now.

Thanks Chris! But I'm having a hard time keeping up with your collection, you seem to find them everywhere. Good work, I like the enthusiasm the younger generation is showing for these old Fords.
