Hot Rods 33 ford part....what izzit?

Got a parts lot from a buddy and this was was in it. I should have put a coin or something to show size but I forgot...it's about 3"X5" or so. Came from his original 33 ford 3 window coupe

 

Taillight wire shield.
Goes behind the taillights inside the fenders.

 

3 minutes, if he is right. I have no idea

Swap meet parts, Jeff...come on over Sunday for the Fremont swap...supposed to be nice weather.

 

I'd like to, but I heard the roads are really bad in your part of the woods (potholes...).
