Currently trying to get my 32 chassis into a roller and I'm kind of in a pickle here. I'm torn between a few different disc setups. Looking at the speedway metric gm kit, the Superbell basic kit, and the wilwood 11" kit. We are going to run a disc setup up front with 16x4.5 gennie rim and have the 37-41 round back spindles. What I'm afraid of is the wheels sticking out a mile off of the rotor exposing the whole brake. My goal is to have the rim/rotor set up like this car built by the Hot Rod Garage aka Jim Smith. If anyone has any input or experience with any of those kits I'm looking at ESP with a set of 16x4.5 wheels I'd love to see photos of how they came out. Heres a few photos of what im looking for. Thanks.

Thanks a lot HRP for posting that. I have read that in the past but to be honest I'm looking for something a little tighter like the blue 32. Seems like the disc kit he used doesn't push the wheel out as much as the speedway kit.

The wheels I'm running are wheel vintique gennie 16x4.5 with 2.25" of backspacing.
I called around yesterday to speedway, eci, and pete and jakes about their kits
and got some measurements from the wheel mounting space to the back side of the rotor.

This speedway kit ($300) apparently has a 3.75" thick rotor:

These two different ECI kits have the following measurements:
    -The standard 37-48 ($425) kit has a 3" rotor
    -The aluminum kit 37-48 ($600) has a 2 1/8" rotor

The Superbell basic kit ($375) through RJays has a 3 1/4" rotor

Still waiting to hear back from Wilwood about the measurements for these two kits:
(*Note* According to an old Streetrodder issue the blue 32 I posted above built by
Jim Smith apparently has 11" wilwood brakes, but unsure as to which exact kit they used.

Heres a few photos of a frame that was for sale here in the classifieds with the same wheels I'm running.
Just waiting to hear back what front kit he used. Looks very similar to the Superbell kit that Steadfast used on their coupe.
