30's Rumble seat traffic video

what's the difference? That's just like driving around Phoennix or L.A. today only with the lines! I didn't hear any Tejas music coming form the cars at full volume though...

 

Cops would have a hard time accusing someone of being drunk.........every car on there was weaving ! Wonder how many head on collisions there were ?

They drive like they are on their cell phones.

 

Well i thought Mr Magoo was driving the camera car. Great little movie. Did,nt see a single 1932 Ford. There,s more on the road now than back then by the look of it.

 

just like today ridding down the middle of the road with people trying to pass nothing has changed.

It was probably shot by a movie company for rear projection behind actors "driving" a car in the studio. Neat stuff!

Like the part about 40 seconds in on left they pass a 76 station, 9 cent gas.

 

The person in the Fordor was straight cruising it, arm dangling out the window and everything.

Was that on Wilshire in Beverly Hills? It said Wilshire on the side of a building to the right in the very last frame of the film.

Yeah, no 32 Fords! I'll take that '35 three window though, it was a new car then, no restoration needed.
