anybody know what headers will fit a shoebox ford with a 302 in it? Mustang? Somebody has done this, I know..Thanks
pretty sure the factory header for mid 90's mustangs clear the steering box and all fine. I can't find my tex smith books to be sure what years. That's what I'm gonna be using.
Sanderson makes some specifically for the swap. I had stock manifolds on my 289, looked at some aftermarket (hooker I think) for a Mustang and decided they would not fit: the firewall angle is wrong. Stock 5.0 headers may work, though.
