Probably the wrong look, but I thought I'd let you know anyway...
How about a Shelby IDA intake, modified for Side Drafts, with 4 Dellorto's?

6. Hey Alf, chuck an ad in the NZ Petrolhead.
The other option could be Wayne Lack in Drury, he has Mustang Spares and may dabble in odds and sods.
When ya headin' back up the dotted line...?
Cheers,

Hey guys, thanks for all the replies.

Django. A friend had one of those 4 weber setups on a 289 a few years ago. Very driveable and good on gas. Went like crazy. There must still be a few of those setups around down here but the prices wouldn't be cheap.

I'd like to get one too eventually for my 289. But I'm going to have to run my Edelbrock carb and intake for a couple years first to get my money out of them, and to have something to drive until I can get a deal on a 3x2... which may take awhile. [IMG]
