thats what I did..worked for me.
The Secretary of state is lazy, all they want is the money and the car is too old for them to give a shit about.
If you dont get the answer you like at the S.O.S. office you go to, go to another one until you get what your after.
Tell em its always been yours , you just lost the tile in a move or some lame B.S. story.
