Fellow HAMBers, before I consult with the generally hapless populous (in regards to customer service) of Las Vegas, I pose to you this situation. An aquaintence of mine recently purchased a 27 T on a Chevy Luv frame. True, it's kind of a bastard or mutant or something, but hey, everybody starts somewhere. Anyway, Does anybody know how I can help him convert the six lug front end to five??? If I can procure some pics, I'll be sure to put'em up. Thanks folks. [IMG]

A toyota pickup spindle would be the cheapest place to start. just do a lot of measuring. A whole new chassis would be the best option.

I believe LUVs were basically Isuzus. I don't know but maybe an S10 or Isuzu spindle will fit.

The later Isuzu spindles are 6 lug. the S10 based isuzu is 5 lug but the spindle is too big. Toyota is the best bet.

Cheapest way, adapters. They make them because they are popular with the minitruck crowd.
