I'm glad you got your car back. Any chance you get what he owes you?

When you get your T on the road, you will have to drive it to a TNGA get-together some Thursday evening. A lot of our meetings are in the Everett, Snohomish, Marysville, Monroe area. I'd love to see the car!

  3. Man you could have used my car trailer, in fact you can use it anytime you need from here on out.

Finally splashed out on new carbs and used the carb spacer I got from you Keith. Its a genuine Ford part used on buses apparently. I had to chop down the front riser 1.5" to allow for it. The only reason I used it was if the bowl leaks it wont drip right on the brushes.
Also my paint guy has promised me my body back on Sunday :)

  6. Looks really good Pete. Thanks for the picture. Never knew it was used on buses. Did Mark tell you that? Keith

Time for an update ? Did you get the car back ? I take it the paint never did get done.

Is that hyd cylinder mounted on your firewall for the brakes or the clutch ?

You may recall I posted previously about having a bad left hip. Well soon I will be having surgery to repair the hip but my T is still getting the C4 behind the 312 Y block :)

This is going to be a very nice car. I like all you have done. I am about to start my '27 on a '32, frame with a flathead etc. I have been wanting to build this car for 30 years. No bodies here in the UK though and the ones in the States need so much work so I am going to make my own from scratch. (I have access to an original to copy)

So my mate delivered the body but I am leaving tomorrow for the road trip to Viva. Last time we went away somebody vandalized my wife's car so I spent all day yesterday shuffling cars and filling the garage so here is a couple of cramped cell phone shots. Next time I post pictures It will be the last update on this thread and hopefully some cool finished shots.

Oh and I also installed a IP net camera that gives me a live feed to an app on my Iphone and records to hard drive.
This is the view I get of my driveway,
you can just make out the next project car :)

Wow, a British Racing Green '27 roadster. Who would ever think to paint one of those that color?

Yes I think I am, my next build needs to be able to be driven in this shitty rainy state.

Took the roadster to the Kustom Kulture fest on the Olympic penninsula
8 AM ferry in the rain. Notice the Fred Myer plastic bag stopping the rain get in my velocity stacks

is that the old orange plus gasser? that thing is wicked! only reason i wasnt there was because i managed to blow up my 327 already. Should have my 283 ready to go back in next week. Also went and picked up a 221 ford V8 for my roadster today. Cant wait to see your T in person
