WOW! That is looking too kool! I cannot wait to see it later this year. You and Clarence will be floating on air.

I'm already floating in anticipation. It's been 4 years since I drove it.

Thanx man. Washington Blue right outta the late 30's. Single stage. No clear. No pearl. No metallic.

I would be floating too. You have a lot of kool roads to look forward too...... That is one of the ten reasons I hadn't painted my Merc. You are a lot more mature than I am. I would be crying in the corner if I didn't have my favorite toy to drive. Lol!

Life happens - My registration is now a donation to keep this event alive.

I owe a BIG debt to the folks here at the "Traditional Customs" forum. A 60+ year old dream happened because I wandered by here and found the Lead Ain't Dead show.

I have wandered off - it is "sort of" explained in my signature below...

The schedule for Friday's Reliability Round. We are leaving to go to Prairie Song 10am. We will be leaving from Stray Kat headquarters, the address is 700 N Delaware, Dewey, OK

The other two runs; The Mercantile in Pawhuska and Starbirds Museum is when you are able or want too. If you have any questions please let me know. We have some guys ask, when they are coming into town, could they just meet in Pawhuska or Afton. Yes you can...… Our highlighted run is Prairie Song and we will be leaving 10am Friday.

  10. Another bump to show off the award the Crossmembers will be giving out with some artwork by Alan Childers. May be @drdave picking it this year. :D

  15. Lol...may only be Jimmy left on Sunday morning then. I'm sure he can handle it if we can keep him from picking some Camaro or something... :D

Is there anything happening in Dewey or Bartlesville Thursday evening? In order to be there Friday morning I'll be arriving Price Towers Thursday afternoon. A 6 hour drive to get there at or before 10:00 am Friday would mean leaving home at 4:00 am. That just ain't happening.

So Is there anything I can do in Dewey or Bartlesville or anyone I can meet up with Thursday evening?

Unfortunately I'll be driving a late model as Clarence came home from the painter only last week. He currently has no seats, no wiring, no lights, no gauges, etc., so I won't be driving him.

    Next year, however...

The host hotel, Fairfield has three rooms available for this weekend. Give them a call (918)331-2100
Tell them you are coming for the Kat show.

  23. Getting close now...which means I better start getting 3 cars ready to head that way. We did put all new vacuum hoses on Samuels headlights tonight so maybe it will quit winking at folks. And, I figure we can finish up putting Silas’s car back together tomorrow after the last second paint work. Then, I just need to check my car over I suppose. Looking forward to hanging out with everyone!

  24. Hope you guys have better weather over the weekend.

  25. Yep, looking like a nice weekend as best I can tell with rain ending this evening. The calm after the storm, as some might say. :D Might be a warm ride home Sunday!
