GASSER Roundup at Viva Las Vegas! If you've been to VLV the last few years, you may have noticed that the number of Sixties-era Gasser-style cars are on the increase. Straight axles and nose-in-the-air Chevies and early Olds are on the rise. In 2006 I brought the BIG JOHN MAZMANIAN '41 Willys, in 2007 Vic Young's "BAD NEWS" '41 Willys and in 2008 the "Bones, Balogh and Pisano" '33 Willys. This year we're bringing back Vic's '41 and a gaggle of Gassers. If you've got a GASSER-style car, bring it. Can we start a 'GASSER Reunion Roundup' and fill up an entire row (or more)? Maybe have a CACKLEFEST? Oh yeah! We're bringing supercharged, open header and cam-thumper cars that will be eye and ear candy to any hot rodder. Join us! I'll be filming the 2009 VIVA LAS VEGAS DVD and will do my best to get shots of every rod, the hot girls and cool bands.
