62 ChevyII Nova 400 which I picked up a few months back...needs some work...but its pretty clean for 50 years of age almost...original paint and only very minimal rust...
welcome! nice '62, is that dual tailpipes i see?
Yea, the original I6 was replaced by the original owner. Story is guy bought it original in 62 at like 60 years of age....sometime in mid 90s ( and...mid 90s for him ) he upgraded to a 283....it went from him to a girl in college, and then through two others till I picked it up.... While the exterior is ok and interior is pretty good as well, the suspension/drivetrain/steering is basically shot. Working with a local shop to rebuild/replace all that and rebuild the 283 as well......it was drivable when i got it, but things were so loosey/goosey that it was abit more white knuckle than I care to have.
If you like 'Box Wagon's" you'll love these vids....haulin the groceries!
My 1964 blown 383

My DD project.......
I built this one in the early 90's, sold it in 1997, bought it back a couple of months ago. I had to have it back and it's staying here for good.
