    62 ChevyII Nova 400 which I picked up a few months back...needs some work...but its pretty clean for 50 years of age almost...original paint and only very minimal rust...

    Yea, the original I6 was replaced by the original owner. Story is guy bought it original in 62 at like 60 years of age....sometime in mid 90s ( and...mid 90s for him ) he upgraded to a 283....it went from him to a girl in college, and then through two others till I picked it up.... While the exterior is ok and interior is pretty good as well, the suspension/drivetrain/steering is basically shot. Working with a local shop to rebuild/replace all that and rebuild the 283 as well......it was drivable when i got it, but things were so loosey/goosey that it was abit more white knuckle than I care to have.

    I built this one in the early 90's, sold it in 1997, bought it back a couple of months ago. I had to have it back and it's staying here for good.
