Didn't get too many pictures but I will post a few. This show gets better every year. The Autocross is really cool. Also the Laps around the big track is exciting.

Well, they do it twice a year ..and I get why they like to hold the events at Nascar tracks ..one way in, one way out ..etc

Both events go well past 1700 cars , sad part is we are all stuck inside , no way to move around

I wish we could for one weekend be allowed to make the loop around the track on the outside somehow , such a big space a little elbow room would be nice ..

blockade off the out side ring of the track and encourage movement ??

Ben Locke (Ponder, TX) in Ford Galaxie @ Lone Star Nationals

I really appreciation you accusing my father of creating a situation that might potentially damage your car simply because he parked next to your car, or, as you repeatedly emphasized, “crowded my car!” I was blown away when I realized you were being serious as you rudely repeated it 3-4 times, trying to create a situation with us.

I loved how you shifted blame to the threat of “spectators walking by w/ belt buckles” after he proved to you it was physically impossible for his car’s door, when fully opened, to even come close to your car.

Perhaps, in the future, Good Guy’s will allow you to create a “Ben Locke’s Ford Galaxie area” with a 10’ perimeter all the way around your car to ensure no belt buckles or other articles endanger your car.

The Galaxie displayed some excellent workmanship, so congrats to the builder, but man, the owner took the cake for being the realest piece of work I’ve ever encountered in what is usually an easy-going and enjoyable event filled with good people.

Sorry H.A.M.B., not as pleasant a 1st post as I’d like, but it needed to be said. This a-hole turned what is an annual day of car scene fun I enjoy with my dad (who drives in from 7hrs away to visit/attend) into an upsetting day.

So cool! How much was it going for?

I hope to find one with as much character when I get back to the states.

Spent a lot of Friday and most of Saturday there, with the Tub T. Can't make it out today due to a previous commitment. Finished yesterday with a track cruise.
