1959 ford 4x4

    just picked up a 1959 ford f250 4x4 its nice and clean just need a motor i got it for $450 will upload pics soon

    Damn that's a hell of a deal! There used to be one that ran around down here in riverside, had a nice lift on it. That body style in a 4x4 is just tough looking. Find a later disc braked 44 and some power steering and you'll be set. If you plan to do power steering, you can use a 74ish 2 wheel drive box off of a f150 and make an adapter plate, there about have the price of a 4x4 box. Keep us posted!

    the front has a 44 disc dana already the people i bought it from let it go the people be for them put alot of work in this truck

    thats an awesome score not alot of ppl like these old trucks they just look like a box to most best part is the front windshield. looks nic and im lookin forward to seein what motor u decide to put in er

    I don't think those pics are of the truck as the truck in the photo is a 57.

    I made a 1/8th scale remote control 1957 ford truck about a year ago. The body took my 3 months to make out of sheet styrene. Sold it but I regret it after seeing those real 57 pics. Hear is the 1/8 scale version.

    Very cool. I just aquired a 1960 4x4 ford 1/2 ton truck from my brother who lost interest in it.
    It is nearly identical to one i owned some years ago.
