I am wondering ,I want to put 57 cadillac hubcaps on my 50 plymouth convertable and I have had people tell me they just don't fit on any wheel. Do I need reversed wheels? Do the repops fit different?Of course I have a mopar bolt pattern ,so i have to buy wheels anyway. So whaddaya guys think? Oh yeah .I need bullets too does anybody here sell them? Thanks
Not sure about '57s, '56 caddy caps have major fitment problems and need reversed wheels, but the '57s are pretty flat.
I have them on my Ford. The wheels just need to be deep enough, they won't work on my '56 shallow ones.
Gene Winfield sells bullets for the 57 Cad caps. In fact he has several different sizes for different applications or at least he did the last time I saw him at a show.
I'm assuming you mean full disc caps, because the center caps for the Kelsey Hays cast spokes don't seem to fit ANYTHING. Or rather, I can't find a cap that fits the wheels, so I am assuming the caps don't fit other wheels, either. (except for repops of the original)
57 Caddy caps are relatively deep, but I've had good luck putting them on 55 Chev 15x5 wheels and also 15x6 Chev wheels with 3' backspacing - both of which are not anywhere near deep wheels. I got bullets from Nightprowlers.
