    I do have a 66 Chevy II hardtop that I purchased to put my 572 in. Plans have changed and the car is currently for sale. I have a 66 post that I will be putting a straight axle in after my 55 is together.

    The kit that they recomended was a 58 1/2" disc to disc.

    Axle width is 51 inches. That is what is in mine also.

    hey here are some pics all the way from sweden! this is my -56 chevy 4 door that is rebuilt to a 2 door 55.

    454bigblock High performance, 2*predator on a tunnelram intake and so on... i think it will pruduce about 500+ horsepower
