I have a friend with a pretty salty SBC in his '54 Chevy. It has streetrod shorty headers on it now, but we want a longer header for this thing. Medium length would be prefered, but love to hear what works.

Anyone have actual applications that they have proven will fit? We are about to start blind testing down at the speed shop.

  2. Heddman and Hooker both actually make headers for your swap. Full length and shorties besides block huggers.

I checked both but didn't find anything. Do you know any part numbers?

If you do get an answer to this problem, let everyone know. I have asked this question many times on various forums and have not got an answer. I just order a pair of Hedman(68600) shortie headers, because I couldn't find long tube ones. I did get that number from this forum, hope they fit. Good Luck

There maybe no headers that fit?
