   Can anyone tell me if a 47-53 hood fits a 54-55 first series pickup.

   I have a '54 hood on my '53, so I would think it would work the other way around. Keep in mind that the front hood emblems are different, and that the 47-53 has 4 depressions in in for the emblem, and the 54-55 just has 4 slots...
