1952 Plymouth steering knuckle - will a Dodge truck fit?

So, in my usual fashion, I either misplaced or tossed both steering knuckles for my '52 Plymouth. I'm taking a long shot here, but does anyone know if the knuckles off a '50 Dodge pickup would be the same? I have a pair of those.

 

Eh, I found out it's not the same. However, I think I may to try to adapt these to work. They're shorter than the originals, I'm thinking they may be the hot ticket to gain back some of the steering radius loss when switching to the Cavalier R&P setup.
