51 ford woody 020.jpg P6270111.jpg P6270108.jpg P6270114.jpg Right away we separated body and frame, then prepared the motor to be sent to a machine shop to be inspected before deciding to rebuild it or not.
First report back was the motor is salvageable, so we ordered all of the necessary parts from the U.S. and waited.
One month later, parts arrived ,we took them to the machine shop and then were told , sorry we found to many cracks in to many critical places and can not rebuild your motor..

The motor is the easy part. What is the plan for the wood?
