I'll save that for the experts. I'm going mild.

Well I finally got some paint. My good buddy at Jimmie's custom paint in Bay City Tx. shot it for me and did a hell of a job. Started bolting some grill pieces on for now.

it looks sweet, but it needs door handles and side trim. Old cars just look better with there trim in my opinion

So many awesome details on that car. The chop keeping the front door windows parallel and the peaked hood and quarters are just nailed! Great the way its all rock solid with the new lower quarters, floors and rockers. I can't see any holes in the doors or quarters. Are you planning on running trim?

I have 57 studebaker trim to use on my car but I did not want to use the standard mounting clips. I thought I would use a more modern mounting system with this trim as in 2 sided 3m tape. I never did care for the original 51 trim and the stude trim is nice and sleek, not so bulky and wide.

Well I put the skirts on. I've been working on the interior. Trying to get a few minor bugs out. And then I took it out on about an hour cruise. Man what a feeling! I'm gonna finish up my interior and start looking at utilizing my stude trim down the sides. The ride was great on air. My first car with air ride and I love it. I used the Accuair system and and it works great. Can't wait to put more miles on it. Thanks for all the great comments they do mean a lot. Ron
