    I love these cars. Obviously. I think they can cross over well to both custom and hot rod

    I drove my 50 coupe to michigan from idaho and back, no a/c, with two teenage girls in the back seat, had a great trip no probs! Sorry ya didn,t see us.lol

    i think alot of guys are actually tearing them down and building finished customs.. for awhile there.. everybody was buying them.. and just driving them with no intentions of finishing them... i think alot of guys did it cuz it was the cool thing to do.. now they have moved on to the next cool thing.. heres my hardtop.. almost done..

    wow that is one sweet 53, what is going on with that rear trim? that looks killer. I wouldn't mind seeing a close up pic of that if you got one.

    I picked this '51 Styleline Deluxe up right after Christmas and I started working on it this summer. I haven't really got much done to it yet but I have been collecting parts. It came with no motor or trans so it will be getting a warmed up 327 and a turbo 350 (I think I've got a real rare engine, it's one of the few 327s that wasn't from a Corvette). I planning on a late '50s early '60s mild custom. Peaked hood, frenched headlights, static tail dragger stance, wide whites with re-pop Lancer flipper wheel covers and NO chop.
