This bus is 1 of 2 that hank williams sr. used in the 50,s

STEVE of steel city choppers, pittsburgh PA and his buddy JOHN

scored this beast while rolling around the back roads of florida

Steve found the bus a few months ago

the two returned to florida for a FOUR DAY THRASH...and drove this back to western pennsylvania

The boys went over all the neccisaties to make it road worthy, brakes , wheel studs, tires , some engine work, and off in true american fashion..they hit the open road

this bus is a 1948 GMC with a detroit diesel

THIS BUS WILL BE A FULL CUSTOM REBUILD 60,s STYLE

way to go guys...doin what others dream[IMG][IMG]

Awesome!!! May have to convert the Diesel to Moonshine since Diesel is over $4/gal. If only we could figure out how that flux capacitor thing works. Very cool.

this was not hanks personal bus

but rumered to be one of two, white and brown with an orange pin stripe

it is believed that this bus was for the managers and crew

we are trying to find some documantion and history

  6. If that really is Hank's Bus, hopefully they'll rebuild it to the configuration it was in when Hank had it.

    Cool bus.

Try over $5/gal. I paid $5.19 out here today. Guess its time to part the truck.
