Can someone please tell me whose car this is or show me some more pictures of it? Very inspirational for my Fleetline build. I want a different color, a custom grille and plan to extend my skirts to match the bottom of the rear fender, but otherwise very close to what I have planned.

Here are some pics of Brad Masterson's Chevy from Santa Maria a few years ago. He's here on the HAMB as Masterson Kustoms.

I love this Fleetline as well!

I love Masterson's chevy. One of my favorites.
I also have a known obsession with bigdaddyslips chevy too.....

Damn my Pontiac with the 6 inch wide chrome going down the hood!!
I can't shave it.. so my car will always be a step away from this wonderful thread :(

  13. YES!!!!!! That thing is so killer ,especially knowing he is running the flat cad and not a S_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ K . He needs my 2x2 Edmunds manifold.

Was Betancourt the first to mold this style tailight? Any more info on them in detail?

Once I drop my body back on the chassis this month I'm gonna do something similar but it will be for my 51 so it will follow the extended quarter. Just have to find the sweet spot on the fin and the height of the light itself so it is similar to what Betancourt did.

Jack Stewart had similar - but not as wide - taillights on his 1941 Ford in 1950.
Bob Hirohata made the lenses for the George Barris created taillights pods.
