1946 Ford Business Coupe Liquid Copper 350/350 setup. I purchased in April of 2002, was grey with original interior. In late 2003 and early 2004 I started to restore/customize to its current appearance. It has a 350 with mild cam and 350 turbo. The 350 turbo was re-built in 2005. The 350 was later replaced in 2010 currently around 3000 miles. ... The 1946 Business Coupe was different no back seats and also had shorter doors, they are actually the front doors of the 4 doors cars. This makes it rare, I have only seen 1 other 46 Business Coupe since I’ve owned it. I would say this car is a custom because I wanted comfort of a Streetrod, but wanted to keep pretty original from the outside and put all the original trim back on the car. The 46 was also the only year of the 46-48 that had grooved trim pieces. The 47-48 had flat stainless trim and also was re-popped and could be bought new. The 46 is all original trim. The paint is a liquid copper and when the sun hits it, it pops, also comes with ghost flames in the front. Has stereo, electric seats, A/C. All windows are old school roll up and down. The Interior dash has all its original chrome and stainless trim in great condition and comes with original, correct round instrument gauges, rebuilt in 2010. The car has been great have driven it from Katy, Texas as far as Dallas, Texas which is about 300 miles each way with no issues. Only reason I’m selling is I have too many cars in stable and need to clear out. Clear Texas Title in my name ready to be transferred.
