I have this rocker panel available for all 1946-48 Chrysler Dodge DeSoto cars. I have this rocker made by an Amish sheet metal worker who uses a die stamped panel from the 1940's as a template. These rockers are different between driver and passenger side. The ripples that you see in the top surface of the panel put an arch in the panel so it matches the curvature of your car that is wider in the middle and tapers narrower to the front and the back. The panels are $65 each plus shipping.
