I was never into the 41's, but then I started looking at them and they just grew on me. I was more fond of the 41 Mercs. Now it is the other way around. I like the 41 dash too. It's so simple and clean.

My brother bought a '41 Tudor. Took it for a test drive. Left like a Pirate with a big tail wind, throwing gravel rocks from the gravel road, and we watched it gain speed and start to wobble. Even the Olds motor couldn't get it going fast enough to straighten up and fly right. It got air borne and then rolled over and came to rest in the grader ditch --- on the top. My brother got out and walked back. He was about fourteen. "Anybody got a cigarette?" He asked. "Damn thing is top heavy!" Later, happye took it apart piece by piece. Always said that was his he learned to do mechanic work. Something to be said for Forty Ones.

IMG_0010.JPG I don't think so. I've had it since 99. Still love it. Snowman , photo by Motoandy

No way this 41 by Valley Custom could be unappreciated.

This one is currently for sale in Sierra Vista, AZ in a local car lot. It is from the estate of a good friend.

https://richardsonmotorcompany.v12s.../1941-FORD-SUPER-DELUXE-COUPE-Sierra-Vista-AZ. Two owners. The original owner bought it new. It was given to the kid next door. I have known this car since 1979, always garaged and carefully maintained. This car was still on the lot when I drove by yesterday.
