just bought a new pair of vintique lights for my 41 tudor.
the lights have 2 studs that dont mach anything on the semi rectangular fender hole.the studs dont even extend into the fender at all.
am i missing some kind of bracket or fancy recessed washer?

nothing in the catalogs that i can find to order... what am i missing?

    Thanks!

  2. Do you have a picture of what your talking about?
The tailights have a flat plate that goes on the inside of the fender, and two studes from the back side of the tailight bucket, through the fender and bolt on the inside of the plate...kinnda sandwiching the fender.

Yea. my bet is your missing the plate for the inside. You dont get them with new lights and they are kinda hard to come by. Took me a while to round them up, I may have one extra maybe two if you are lucky, I'll check. PM me and I'll let you know what I find.
