Projects 1941 chevy heater motor

i need some help. i have a 41 chevy truck with the dual motor heater core. 1 for defrost the other for cab heat.
the defroster motor works with 12v.
the cab heat motor doesnt work and i need help finding one.
does anybody know of a 6v or 12v replacement on the cheap?
the 6v motors, can i get by with putting a shunt insearies and be ok?

I have not found a 12 volt motor that fits.I have a 6 volt motor in mine with a resistor.it has been working for about 5 years that way.

well i need a heater core now. the radiator shop called today and told me it was junk

 

Since you are in Ohio too you might want to contact Dick Moffits Chevy parts in Springfield and see if he has anything,its been a few years since I bought anything from him and do not have any contact info but it might be easy to find.
