Well done Scott! So I suppose we'll see more progress on the coupe soon, right?

Thanks! I am glad you are back and maybe working on your car in a couple of months, I am excited for you and can't wait to see the progress. I have been doing a lot of research and cleaning in the garage, preparing to swap over to the coupe from the pickup. I have been working on plugging off the gas cap so the garage stops stinking of gas.

I just received my rear window from a fellow HAMBer that was nice enough to cut it out for me and give it to me for a cheap price. Thanks a lot!

Here are some pictures of what is in it now and what I received (rot free). Even though the 4 door glass is curved at least I will have something to go off of.

That new rear window is going to be very handy for you. It will certainly prevent you from fabricating a lot of new stuff! Looking good Scott.

Got Moby to the new garage! It looked badass going down the road and I got a ton of compliments going from house to house. Someone even wanted to buy it lol. No way Jose. Here are a couple shots of it in its temporary spot in the garage. When I get everything cleaned up on the part of the garage that the truck is in and get the truck repaired and on the road again then I can shuffle the Plymouth over there and then start working on it full time.

One guy even followed me home to see if I wanted this drive-in menu... hell yes.

Hell I bought the house because of the garage! It can uncomfortably fit 5 cars. Don't ask me how I know this.

Really this would be 1946-1948 and I am sure there is a social club. They really didn't make anything because of the war and if they did it was for army/navy only.

Well I worked on this car a little bit because I was tired of the thousand parts I have for it floating around waiting to get installed. I still need to attach the kickdown to the tranny. I also need to work on a better gas pedal install. That is going to come later down the line when I have to money to pour into this project. It took an hour or two to route everything and make sure everything works (uninstalling the crappy setup that was on there before). Here are a couple pictures

Hi I like the looks of the 40 ply, better than my 48 ply. I would like to know if you removed the door glass wings, and went with a one peace door glass. If so what did you use for a rubber window seal. I have modified the doors on my 48 ply, with electric windows, the glass is one peace glass. I looking for a rubber seal, to fit in the door. Do know if their are a rubber seal, that find in the junk yard. A robber seal from a diffrent car that I could fit in the door for a rubber seal. Any information would be helpful. Thank you

Thanks Hemiken, trying to finish up a couple things on the truck so I can have something to drive sometime this next season instead of driving my OT Jap car... Then I will be working on this thing full time correcting everything and getting it on the road.
