1939 Desoto 5 window coupe build

Ok man ,
What going on with that desoto ?

 

I ran across one of these recently. Almost bought it but it had a lot of rust, a tree had fallen across the roof and someone started a fire on the interior. I may still buy it but it needs a lot of work. Cool lines though.

 

lets see some progress pics....I'm getting ready to start one of these. Picked up a decent 40 Desoto Coupe.

 

Neat body style. Cool post. Yep, that thing looks evil.
