Features 1937 to 1942 Willys Picture Thread

Similar in concept to Stahl header adapters. Used when the exhaust ports are opened up and tube size gets to close to the bolt holes. Port the adapters to the exhaust ports on the head side and the use countersunk bolts for the adapters. Then you can use a bigger tube size by putting the header flange bolts at an angle to bolt the headers onto the adapters. I have some early Stahl adapters

Never in a million years! We did not know anyone was taking pictures, not to mention the fact that somehow those people would save them for over 50 years. AND...there would be a place like this for them to show up! Amazing...
