I found this one a few years ago, It had a 289/C-4, 8" It was built in the 60's and was at the Detroit Nationals in 1972.

This is how it came out of the Barn it was in,.. (Yes,.. it was in an actual Barn) It was originally candy Apple Red, you could see the gold in places that the paint was comming off.

This is after I cleaned out the thousands of pine cones, changed the wheels, front crossmember,.. and cleaned it up,.. I should have left it alone.

Back view. Nice rake to it. Not a big fan of the Caddy wheel covers though. Car was built in the 60s/70s and then redone again in the late 80s/early 90s. I'll try to find and post some of the earlier pictures of it. In the 70s it was brown with a tuck and roll interior. I think my favorite version of it was when it had a red grille and red wheels with wide whites.

  24. Thanks Chris... I know that guy! I need to talk to him about taking some reference pictures so that I can correctly fab some of the missing panels for my coupe.

This is mine. Just got it back yesterday from Logan. H&H Rebuilt the flathead a while ago and it just went back together. Drove it for the first time in four years yesterday. Glad its back.
