I am nearly 6' 1" and am a proud "new" owner of this sweet 1928 Model A. The car is in near mint condition and I needed to move the seat back without major surgery.

    Here is what I did.....

I purchased a kit from "Mikes A Fordable Parts" which has 2 cast brackets that allows me to scoot my seat back just over 6".

2 bolts and about 15 minutes of labor and I was able to sit in comfort rather than having my belly rubbing on the steering wheel
