No , No one has that info . Talked to all past owners.
No one has the vin number. Talked to Cal DMV and I had the Lic# but since the car was smog exempt they won't have any records of it based on Lic #

If it has a window as part of the door it is a sedan. The coup it doesn't have a window frame.

I see a lot of interior trim on this car that is NOT 210 trim. Above the windows inside it should have wind lace not metal, Also the exterior trim...

Soak it in Evap O Rust. You will be amazed.
I can normally repair an OEM regulator, but it may cost more than an after market unit.
