I'm very famillar to VW's as I've owned 3 back in the '70's/'80's, fun and easy cars to work on and would be a blast as a street rod.

i didn't get to 100lbs. until 8th/9th grade (1972), both my boys were at 100lbs. by 6th grade (2000,2001)

look on the frame rail right front, should be numbers stamped, the AC 102 is the series, my '40 GMC suburban was AC101
