It's a drop out third member, similar to a Ford 9 inch. It will bolt up to your original housing.

Wheelbase should be 125.25". All 3/4 tons had the same wheelbase and the same length bed. Original engine would be a 216.

Should be an SM420, used in GM trucks from '48 to '67. The T5 will work with a few mods.
