Also forgot to add i had 6 screens up on my computer refreshing them all the time as well, but that still didn't help. sorry for the rant.
My rant on this matter, I think they have most people's details on the computer and it would of been great to see them offer the deal to us loyal...

Just rang once and then switched over to the mailbox recording, not having fun at the moment.
Still trying, 50+ times trying to phone and trying on the computer but looks like there system is having an overload, what to do now at 1:26 am

Sorry to here that rustyredram, i had a similar thing happen in 2012 to me but instead of fire i got flooded pretty bad, i could only see 3 rows...
