Did you rule out the U-Joints? Engine off, transmission in neutral, Move driveshaft up and down and side to side. If any loosness, bad U-Joint....

Post #41 pictures are interesting. The rear door opens like a sedan delivery. Most hearse/ambulance doors open the other way.
Fiberglass fenders? Have a separate ground wire? Fresh paint? Have star washers? Try a different flasher? Is it heavy duty? Just a few thoughts to...
It's a 1935 Ford Passenger Car Grille.
I used a Pinto/Bobcat wagon roof. Turned it sideways. Try to find one without a roof rack (no extra holes).

I had a similar problem with a voltmeter gauge. It ended up being a simple fix, a bad ground at the gauge.
