What is the best way to remove the inner door skins on a 33 Ford door?

Just cut along the seam and re-weld back in to replace or is there a better way?

    Thanks!

  2. I recall drilling the spot welds out of one a long time ago. It was actually a '33 two door. I don't think I cut it?? Been a long time. Tim

    Thanks Tim!

Mine has some tack welds along the seams as well as the spot welds. I'll try cutting at the tack welds and drilling the spot welds to free up the inner skin.
