Like he said, it came with a WCFB. Carter didn't give flow ratings on them, but they weren't very large; usually in the 375-450 cfm range.
...you are familiar with how a browser search works, right? As mentioned, Carter never gave cfm ratings so we can only guess. Given the physical size of the venturi and butterfly I'd think that 400 is optimistic. .
They might only be 400CFM, but keep in mind that in the 50's a foot was a lot bigger than it is now. In fact, minutes were longer, too.
