some serious 3d renderings

  1. One thing that I find that makes these renderings so nice is the realistic weight on the tires along with the lack of shine on them as well. GREAT WORK!

    As you can see one of the advantages is to create a second model by modifying some parts. That's how i did the following images:

  4. What software are you using for these?
    I´ve worked with Cinema 4d quite extensively, but its no good for putting things together and adding the small fillet radii and so on.

    Dan Palatnik (palat) has done a couple of renderings for me. His work is world class, without a doubt. He has always delivered more than I bargained for... delivered it on time... and at a reasonable cost.

    The rendering below is a 1948 Ford Coupe with a 1940 Mercury front end that I am currently working on.

    Thanks all for the kind words again... I use 3DSMAX2010 and use VRay to create the renders.
