G'day, long time reader first time poster. I picked up my 1952 Chevy at the end of September last year and have been enjoying it since. It's had a respray some two years ago. All I've done is put the whitewalls, spot lights and headlight visors on it. Sort of going for a "bomb" I believe the term is kinda look. Highly accesorised but low, taildragger for me. Parts aren't the easiest to come by down these ways! Cheers!
Cool looking ride. Welcome aboard. Where abouts are you? Hundreds of Kiwis on here that will make you feel welcome. Even a few that have Chevies...
Welcome to the HAMB. Looks like a pretty cool, original Chevy you've got there judging by those old black plates. Do you have the history on it?
I'm in Auckland mate. Got the car from Paraparaumu. Nah unfortunately the guy I got it off didn't know much about it himself which is a shame. He had it resprayed the red it is now. It was originally an olive colour that a lot of GM cars of the era were in NZ Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
G'day bloke and welcome to the HAMB. Love the way your car looks and I'm sure you will find a lot of people here to help you with any problems you may have with it.
