    just make one, dummy! :p

No fins, though. I'd do one with something cool... maybe make it look like a bullseye... engraved pinstriping or maybe the Rust Revival logo... But do something to try and offset the fin overdose you have going on.

no!!!!! all fins all the time dammit! :) yeah, it comes with a cover, but not purdy he says...hell its all hidden for the most part, so ill just use the one he sent me! but i do like the idea of a RR logo cover! as long as it has a fin on it!!! ;)

  17. I have this cool SBC timing cover for sale in the classifieds. Marine but with a simple cover plate works well on a car.

  18. I have only ever seen TWO of these in person. Mine and my friend the late Tom Willford. Most early style Enderle Barndoor scoops are smooth on the top. 15 fins across.

Cool thread! I have had this hood scoop for 30 years. I have been told it is an Almquist by two individulas who each claimed to have one back in the day. Similar to the Offy scoop but without the exterior bolt flanges. Instead, there are bosses inside the flange.
Been thinking of parting with it since the gasser craze took off.

  22. I'm looking for a gauge cup similar to this one, but tapered like a small headlight bucket, not flat on the back. Has anyone ever seen something like that, or am I searching in vain?

  23. I have a pair of those, yours are the only other ones I've seen.

Has anyone ever seen one of these?

    It's a muffler... 27" long, 7" wide, and 4" deep.

I bought this off of ebay a few weeks ago... this is the only one the guy had, and the only thing I can find on the net is the patten information and discription. But the exploded view diagram is different than the actual muffler.

I'm thinking about having it re-cast?
Do you think there would be any interest if I were to make some up?

it has a 2 1/4" inlet and a 2" outlet and basically has 2 chambers for flow with no packing.

I guess first things first, I need to hook it up and see what kind of sound it makes....

I thought it was cool as hell! what do you guys think?
