Help Identify This Grill Shell

Can anyone help identify this grill shell? It belongs to a friend and we haven't been able to figure what it came from.

Makes me think Seagrave looking at it. Fire truck, I'll have to go look.

 

Looked at Seagraves too, didn't find a match but it sure looks like a big truck grill to me. I was thinking maybe IH...
