Thanks guys, Progress is being held up now by getting 2 new water pumps that were put in the wrong box. So right box and # but wrong pump, twice! Hope to have it back on the road next week and will post more pics.

Finally got it outside today and drove it. Needs a few minor adjustments but I think the stance is perfect!

Any 'ol shmo can restore a car, it takes a real man (or woman) to customize one.......as spoken by the Beacon of Blocks

Damn Toast, that is purdier than my '55 2 door sedan! Mine is dropped 3" but I put air shocks and a pump on the back. Does fine on the road as long as I don't have back seat passengers.

A '55 plate that says 1955 on it?!
You got lucky finding that one

The car is looking really good, man.
The plate is a great detail.

Beautiful day here today, took the Pontiac for a 20 mile drive to test out the new ride height on bumps and dips. It does hit the bump stops more than I wold like but thats what they are there for. At least it doesn't effect how it drives. Motor seems to be holding up and its a little quieter valve train wise after adjusting them.

Looks really good .Looks to have tinted windows.I had a 2 dr post with Americans on it,loved the look 1 1/2 coil off the ft and 2'' blocks on the rear.
I have an extra set of side stainless like on the 54 if any one is interested.
